Hi there!

I'm Jennifer, a current Columbia College senior studying Economics and Cognitive Science. As a born and raised New Yorker, I’ve enjoyed being close to home and getting acquainted with all the spontaneous and diverse events this city offers. Although I’ve loved exploring New York, I decided to spend my fall semester in Paris, France! It was an absolutely fantastic experience filled with meeting the incredible team over at Reid Hall.

There, I got to fulfill my global core requirement, find the best croissant in all of Paris, learn about 19th-century art in the actual home of a million different paintings, and even watch an opera in the Palace of Versailles. I still wish the program had gone on for longer; it still feels unreal that it even took place! Having been back, I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience for me, and I still keep in touch with the friends I made over the course of the program.
