Litro de Luz: Lighting the U.S. [Fall 2022]

Despite the fact that Litro de Luz Brazil is externally funded and has achieved a large amount of actions on Brazilian territory, most of their financial partners are corporations. Thus, the NGO wants to build a more sustainable business model based on personal donations from a broad international general public to both diversify their financial resources and to spread awareness about the electricity issue in Brazil. As a consequence, we have been tasked to deliver an awareness campaign that will elevate their image on a global scale and increase their impact in Brazil and abroad.

That being said, in order for our group to facilitate this process, we have created a supplementary Instagram account (secondary to Litro de Luz’s main account) by which we provide English translations to their main account’s posts in order to grow a United States/English-Speaking audience, as well as create new content specially directed to college students on the US.
