Based on ongoing worldwide public health concerns, the Center for Undergraduate Global Engagement (UGE) is suspending student participation in all programs offered by partner institutions and organizations (Columbia-approved), as well as incoming and outgoing exchanges.

The following changes will be made to Columbia-led programs for spring 2021.

Columbia in Paris will be offering virtual courses. The Berlin Consortium for German Studies, Columbia in Kenya and Kyoto Consortium for Japanese Studies programs are suspended for spring 2021. Students who have applied or are interested in applying to these programs should contact the UGE program adviser for further advising and to discuss their options.

All Columbia students are subject to the ongoing University travel restrictions. Please reach out to a UGE adviser to talk more about opportunities for global engagement.
