Columbia in London Info Session

Learn more about Columbia in London, a program offered by Columbia's Department of English and Comparative Literature, in partnership with the prestigious Queen Mary University of London. On this program you will take a course with Columbia University Professor Edward Mendelson, whose global seminar London: Fictional and Real will help you experience London as your classroom through regular outings and field trips. You will also pursue your academic interests at the QMUL, where courses are offered in various different subjects. Please note that the application deadline for Columbia in London is March 15th. Are you interested in immersing yourself in Chinese language this summer? Attend this information session to learn more about the Virtual Columbia Summer Chinese Language Program. First through fourth year Chinese language will be offered virtually, and classes will be taught by faculty from the Columbia Chinese Language Program who will offer live, highly interactive instruction. Students will complete one year of Chinese over 8 weeks. Lectures on Chinese culture and history to complement your language learning will also be offered. Need-based scholarships are available. Application deadline: April 1st.
Summer Research Practicum in Global Behavioral Science Info Session

The Columbia Summer Research Practicum in Global Behavioral Science (GLOBES) program provides undergraduate psychology students an immersive learning experience focused on reproducible behavioral research across languages and settings. Students will gain essential skills and knowledge for conducting psychological research across the world and take part in interactive group work to become leaders in high quality research. The program is open to psychology majors or any student that has completed significant credit hours in social, behavioral, and cognitive sciences. Come to the info session to learn more!
